Panda Care & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Each freshie is handmade, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when your order is on its way.
Can I customize my freshie?
Yes! Many designs can be customized with your choice of scent and color options. Unless customization is provided, your freshie will be created to match the product image as closely as possible. Because each freshie is handmade, slight variations may occur.
Are the freshies handmade?
Absolutely! Each freshie is hand-poured, decorated, and finished individually. Small variations in color, glitter placement, or finish are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
How should I care for my freshie?
Remove your freshie from its packaging and hang it using the attached cord. Avoid placing it directly against your dashboard, console, upholstery, or other surfaces.
Important: Vehicles can become extremely hot. High temperatures may cause freshies to soften or melt. Blingin’ Pandas is not responsible for damage caused by excessive heat, improper placement, or contact with vehicle surfaces.
